The Whipping Boy

The Whipping Boy is about a prince who wants to run away and takes his whipping boy along. As they run away they get lost in the fog. They meet two men who kidnap the prince and the whipping boy, figuring they could be worth a lot of money, but everything gets flip flopped.

Sid Fleischman keeps a steady pace and keeps the reader interested to the last page. He takes you into the book as a viewer. This is a great book by a great author.

Katherine Montoya is a 10 year old girl who likes to read and would like to be a teacher when she grows up. She is a fifth grader at Meadow Woods Elementary School in Orlando, FL.
